meet brooke

brooke is a model and artist from dallas, texas. she’s always loved expressing herself creatively, whether that’s through painting, fashion, or being in front of the camera. she’s been modeling for several years and has had the opportunity to work in runway, print, and commercial modeling, including working with skinikinis for the past couple of years.

she loves that modeling gives her another way to be creative, connect with people, and express herself. seeing creative businesses like skinikinis is also really inspiring to her and motivates her to keep growing her own artwork and art business. she’s incredibly passionate about building a creative career that allows her to bring all of these different parts of herself together.

she’s so excited and honored to be september’s vixin of the month, especially with a brand that she’s been lucky enough to grow with over the years!

what first inspired you to become a skinikini vixin?

I was first inspired to become a Skinikini Vixin because I loved how the brand made swimwear feel fun, confident, and empowering! I’ve always loved fashion and being creative, and Skinikini felt like a place where I could combine those things with modeling and self-expression. The more I worked with the brand, the more I loved being part of the Vixin community and representing something that encourages women to feel confident in their own skin!

we see your instagram stories of you lounging by the pool in your skinikinis a lot! how do you tap into that confidence and feel comfortable just relaxing and soaking up the sun in your skinikini?

Honestly, I think I’ve learned that confidence comes from getting comfortable with yourself instead of worrying about how you’re being perceived. When I’m by the pool in my Skinikini, I’m usually just enjoying the sunshine, listening to music, and letting myself relax! I remind myself that I don’t have to look perfect or pose every second to feel beautiful. Sometimes confidence is simply being able to lay back, soak up the sun, and enjoy being in your own skin. And of course, wearing a Skinikini definitely helps! 😂☀️👙

this question is from isla, august vixin of the month: who is your biggest supporter?

My biggest supporters are definitely my friends! I’ve been really lucky to have people in my life who encourage me to chase my creative dreams, celebrate my wins, and remind me to keep going when things get difficult. Whether it’s supporting my modeling, sharing my artwork, coming to events, or simply being there when I need encouragement, their support means so much to me. I honestly don’t think I could choose just one person because I’m grateful for all of the amazing people who have believed in me along the way 💕

what inspired you to start modeling and creating content?

One of the biggest things that inspired me to start modeling was wanting to see myself as beautiful in a different way. Modeling helped me step outside of my comfort zone, become more confident, and learn to appreciate myself from a new perspective! Over time, it became a journey of self-expression and learning to truly see my own beauty 💖

besides hanging out in bikinis, what else do you do?

Besides hanging out in bikinis I’m an artist! I have a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and spend a lot of my time painting and working on growing my own art business! I love creating surreal and dreamlike artwork, and I’ve also been experimenting with painting and customizing clothing. I’m basically happiest when I’m making something whether that’s a painting, a fashion piece, content, or a new creative idea 🎨✨

what’s something people don’t usually expect about you?

I think people are sometimes surprised by how much of a creative person I am outside of modeling. I might look like I spend all my time getting dressed up and taking pictures, but I’m actually just as happy covered in paint with a brush in my hand. I love surrealism, painting, fashion, and making things with my hands, and I’m always thinking of some new creative project or idea! 💖

is there any recent accomplishment you are most proud of?

One of the things I’m most proud of recently is continuing to grow as both a model and an artist instead of feeling like I have to choose between the two. I’ve been putting more energy into my artwork and growing my own creative business while continuing to pursue modeling opportunities! Being selected as September’s Skinikini Vixin of the Month is also something I’m incredibly proud of because I’ve been lucky enough to grow with Skinikini over the past couple of years! It feels really special to see that journey come full circle!

whats next for you?

There’s a lot I’m excited about! I want to keep growing both my modeling career and my art business, continue creating new artwork and custom pieces, and take on more opportunities that allow me to combine art, fashion, and creativity! I’m also looking forward to traveling for modeling opportunities and seeing where this next chapter takes me! ✨
